Roles and Responsibilities for the Advisory Council members

1. Comprehend Conference Duties and Committee Responsibilities: Understand the conference's tasks and the responsibilities of respective committees. Execute the program module and scientific agenda.

2. Identify Leading Research Experts: Locate renowned experts in the research field to join the conference, thereby accessing organizational services and advantages.

3. Align with Program Strategy and Engage Keynote Speakers: Ensure alignment with program strategy and themes. Establish contact with keynote speakers and the Guest of Honor, securing their commitment to the date and topic.

4. Craft Conference Presentations and Foster Interaction: Develop detailed conference presentation plans and foster interactive sessions. Introduce speakers or facilitators during the conference.

5. Select Outstanding Keynote Speaker: Identify the foremost keynote speaker within that specific field of expertise

6. Oversee Conference Tasks and Deadlines: Manage and supervise conference tasks and associated activities, with a strong focus on meeting established deadlines according to the conference timetable.

7. Coordinate Publicity with the Project Manager: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee and thoroughly evaluate all forms of publicity, encompassing social media, websites, flyers, notifications, announcements, posters, and more, ensuring complete consistency.

8. Identify Regional Researchers and Facilitate Participation: Discover notable researchers in the geographical region to engage in the conference, thereby granting them access to the organization's services and benefits.
